The Elevação Construction was responsible for the work that connects the Raízen Industrial Terminal and the Paulínea Refinery (Petrobras), in a Logum structure. The project aimed to eliminate the effort and risk of accidents previously existing, when transport carried out by trucks.

ABOUT THE WORK

Highly complex work carried out entirely using Non-Destructive Methods (NDMs), such as a tunnel liner and directional hole, including sections under pre-existing Petrobras pipelines.

SERVICES PERFORMED

● Construction of 2 parallel ethanol/alcohol pipelines.
● 680 meters of 10-inch carbon steel ducts.
● 1,042 meters of HDPE ducts for automation infrastructure.
● Liner Tunnel 200 meters long and 1.6 meters in diameter, under the Zeferino Vaz highway.
● Production of data books and as Built of ducts and 234 industrial equipment.
● Construction of 2 shafts 8 meters deep each.
● Drilling in 8-inch duct.
● Hydrostatic test, execution of sleepers, metallic supports, and cathodic protection.
● In addition to these, other services performed without damaging the highway.
